My praise begins with language of this review. It allows me to speak my thoughts without having to choose from what Directv has selected as my response. I have been a Directv customer in the past but became disenchanted because of what I referred to as a anti-communications wall that prohibited or discouraged any attempt of the customer to talk to a live responsive human rather than a computerized trouble center. I was skeptical in returning to Directv because of this but after talking with your representatives I was very pleased with the quality of character, dialect (it matters not the nationality) professionalism, and attitude that all made for a pleasant encounter. These I have described are all a great asset to Directv and have won my return.

First time customer and so far I'm impressed. Service was excellent from start to finish. The Customer Rep was very helpful and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

Just got me some DirecTV for the very 1st time; talked to a very nice and knowledgable rep. He stressed to me that I'm gonna love love love DirecTV but he also said it without any high pressure tactics. And he said I could cancel if I wanted to; even when the install tech was here - he told me that Direc TV has happy customers because they truly are satisfied with their services; not just because its a little bit cheaper than cable tv. Thanks y'all!!!

As senior citizen with fix income going to hold you to agreement to keep our bill below 150.00 per month. If you offered a senior package I believe your increase with customer to client service would grow. Make a difference to make a change so you can corner the market on satellite tv.

Saturday morning, I called Direct TV to get information on their television service specials, after getting the runaround and being transferred between a few Indian Customer Service Reps at Time Warner Cable for the same simple inquiry. I was infuriated and thought to myself, "Don't they WANT to make a sale?" The Direct TV Rep I spoke with was so pleasant in comparison. Not only was he sympathetic to my demeanor when I called (I was still irritated by my treatment by Time Warner Cable), he was very personable, informative, answered ALL my questions, clarified the service and, over the telephone, exuded such an air of excitement about the television services that I, not only having my questions answered in a timely and hassle-free manner, jumped on the great deals that Direct TV offers their new customers. I think it helps to have service reps that understand the meaning of good customer service. It certainly means a lot to me. Direct TV left an amazing impression on me with their superb customer service, and I'm definitely looking forward to doing business with Direct TV if this is the level of care that I can expect when I call. Good job!

I was really pleased with the whole experience. From dealing on the phone to the installation.

The installer was kind, and had everything done in a short amount of time!! Very impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he got here after a 6" snowfall the night before!!
