everything went great installer was polite and very helpful. The only thing was the remote was different from the old one.,but soon learned how to use it.

although the tec was late he worked till 8:00 pm to finish. he explained all the features and was very through. I"m so glad i got rid of brighthouse there product was not very good.I would refer my friend to your service.
