Direct Tv Is The Way To Go, No One Can Compete
DirectTv is simple and easy to sign up with. Many may be deterred by the possible deposit requirement like I was however was very pleased to find out it was waived and I was able to start service. That alone let me know they care about me being a customer as other providers want an outrageous deposit upfront to start services. Not in this recession. The rep Carlos did a superb job at starting me up. He was professional, informative, and funny. He did speak a bit fast though, so I had to reask a few things. However the overall customer service was good enough to make me happy to pay the $22 equipment fee. Great business so far way better than Charter. Im eager to see what the service is like but recommended to me by my picky best friend who has been with them over 2 years now, I know no other cable service can compete. DirectTv is by far the most reasonable courteous economical business to turn to for cable tv. So far, very satisfied customer here.
