The customer service guy was great!

I was so pleased with the customer service I received from DirectTV. Marc was my reps name and he explained to me he was on a newly created team through DirectTv's online chat. He told me within 1 minute of our conversation that I was getting free installation and equipment no questions asked. I was like okay, I here you. I wasn't sold because I called a month prior and another rep told me I would have to pay $100 for installation & equipment. As I listened he told me everything he could do for me and he helped me select the appropriate package that fits my needs. My entire goal for calling was to save me money, because I am currently a Comcast customer and have been for 11 years, but I am tired of their lack of customer service and high prices. Marc did everything in his will to make my cost as low as possible and he succedded, because I didn't have to pay for anything at signup and I got everything I needed. With my DirectTV cable and AT&T internet and phone I saved $60 a month off my comcast bill and that was sufficient enough for me. I can go on about my experience, but I look forward to being a new customer with DirectTV. Thank you!!

I am a new customer, and I set up to get Direct TV. The man I was speaking with was very nice and professional. He helped me tremendously and he also shared personal experience with me and I really appreciated how friendly he was, and how he wasn't just there to "get paid" but he actually helped me and talked to me not like a customer but as a friend. Would definitely recommend. (I honestly can't remember his name, but he was a wonderful representative of this company, he deserves a promotion!)

You all offer unbeatable prices and customer service. I have absolutely no complaints.

The young lady that I spoke to was knowledgeable about the company and was very helpful in explaining it to me. She was very nice and patient in answering questions. Very Vibrant in the way she talked, she felt excited to show us what DirectTV had to offer. If I ever were to go back to chat again, I hope the representative I talk with will be her or someone just as skilled. Very hard to come by these days. Well Done DirectTV!

My experience with Lori was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the product line and worked very hard to help me find just what I needed. You have a gem of a customer service specialist and sales person. I just can't say enough about her skills and professionalism. Thanks for the great experience!
