Really the title sums it up. The customer service representative was very helpful. The price is way better than cable, plus they threw in the NFL package for free!

Mike was extremely helpful. Got me the best deal for my buck. And I got the NFL Ticket. For free.

I could more think of any better a person to talk to than Jason! He knew his products and could answer all of questions and provide excellent service! I was very please to talk with him about setting up our new service with Direct TV!!
