I started with a chat session with Scott and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything I wanted to know in ENGLISH that I could understand. He also worked out just about every deal he could find for me and it was a pleasure to work with him.

I was surprised at the ease and expertise of the customer service rep, Brian. . .He really had all the info we needed to get us set up. He patiently waited for at least 30 minutes while I had to access info for him. . .But he did it! Can't wait for installation!. . .Thanks again. . .Great job! Gayle Mazzacane
