This was a very satisfying experience particularly against the backdrop of a very negative experience with Dish TV. I was amazed at the quickness and competence of Direct TV. The people I interacted with were very competent and personable. It was such a relief to have no hassles.

I called Direct TV. Got an immediate follow up phone call. They are such nice people and so accommodating. I can't wait to get my great picture and DVR and free HBO for 3 months. Thank God an affordable cable company with excellent customer service.

They helped from the minute I started my online chat- even presented all of my options so I would know before making a commitment. The service continued to be the best in customer communication I have had with a cable company when they set up a one that worked for me to continue the conversation over the phone. At that point I was all set up with a new account and an amazing price by the middle of my afternoon. I'm stoked to start this relationship with DirecTV.

I was very happy when I signed up today with Directv, the person on the phone was very polite and I qualified for great deals. I am very happy with the TV package and the price I got it for as well as receiving the NFL Sunday Ticket for free next year. And I received next day installation.

I would recommend direct tv over any other tv provider! They are fast, caring and most importantly affordable and if you do not like a package they offer they will make it their priority to get you what you want!

I was very pleased with the customer service I recieved both on the phone and by using the live chat.
