I was very pleased to talk with the gentleman who assisted me in receiving Direct TV. I had battled with Dish Network for weeks and had finally had enough. Direct TV was the way to go. I should have switched long ago.

Signing up was easy. The rep knew what he was talking about and answered all of our questions. Even to the point of asking me to write a few things down so I wouldn't forget them. The rates are really good compared to what we are currently paying. Now we are just looking forward to installation day.

VERY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE LAST NIGHT INTERACTING WITH MICKI, A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO IS WORKING OUT OF MIAMI....VERY REFRESHING....ESPECIALLY AFTER DEALING WITH TIME WARNER EARLIER IN THE DAY, MY CURRENT VENDOR, THAT ACCIDENTLY ERASED MY DVR FEATURE AFTER THE CONVERSATION...THEN I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER HOUR ON THE PHONE LATER IN THE EVENING TO RECTIFY THAT PROBLEM...SO I AM DELIGHTED TO BE CHANGING TO DIRECT TV...THANK YOU AND LOOK FORWARD TO INTERACTING WITH YOU ALL....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....

The second representative corrected the initial miscommunication regarding package price and my mailing address and saved the sale by offering a better all around deal. Adam should get a raise/acknowledgement for his excellent people skills.

Directtv did not bombard me with lots of extra fees. I was given straight answers. I stuck to my plan of purchase and although Anton offered upgrades he respected my decision and did not pressure me to purchase what I did not want. If you are looking for cable go direct.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they came to my home and even came in the house and programmed my remote. This was a great experience and was pleasantly surprised how quickly everything came together. When I called into ask them a question and gave them my order conf # 1221975117, they had every question I had answered. Very informed technician also.
