I would recommend DirecTV to anyone due to the first class I receive when I call in to get a quote an make an order. All my questions were turned into answers and my confidence in DirecTV makes it only easier to trust their product. You would not believe how easy it was to get direct TV service. I couldn't believe it myself! I'm so glad I called direct instead of a cable company. The set up was free. The equipment was free and they didn't bill until I got a full month of service. And that was so much cheaper too.

I was never interested in using direct TV because I was concerned about any device or equipment being installed on my roof. Additionally, I never thought I would receive the type of programs that I needed but I was presently surprised. There was no damage to the roof as I originally thought subsequent to installation and I was very please with the diversity in programming and no need for bulky devices.Concluding, the benefits listed above and the pricing were my final deciding factors.

I paid my cable bill and noticed how much I was paying just to watch a few shows and my sports (which does not include ESPNU in their line up). Ridiculous...was the word I associated with the bill. Went to DirecTV just to see what kind of prices they have and I was instantly connected with someone to chat. Usually I don't and just ignore it but I wanted to hear about the services and offers instead of clicking through everything on the site. The equipment they have blew my mind...current dvr I'm using is probably the first generation and is seriously three times the size of my computer. I basically said sign me up before I heard the price because I liked all the features. Price is half of what I'm currently paying. On top of that my brother-in-law referred me and the knocked off $10 a month....for 10 months! Each!!! I now feel robbed because I could've been paying much less the past year.
