DirectNIC has been my domain service for at least 24 years now, and I still use them for all domains and https/tls certificates. Their customer/technical support are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help.

Accessible and highly responsive support service for quick resolution. I had a domain that was expiring on a certain date, so that I wouldn't lose it and my site would be offline, I asked to extend the expiration date by a few days. The support was able to satisfy my request and I renewed the domain on the desired date. Thank you for your help and efficiency. I was able to test the cPanel hosted services which are very complete and efficient. It's a pity, however, that we can't have access rights to WHM.
