Hi,I'm a customer of direct energy had them for 3 yrs I can say love the rate that I have for my light bill switched over to them for gas will see how my first gas bill goes great customer service rep.also I read bad reviews about them but I had no problem with my light bill wish they was around yrs ago thanks direct energy!!!

i have had no problems. I am on a budget plan. No surprises with my billing. It is always constant.

I am using direct energy from last 2 years. They have great deals. Should really give it a try👍🏻

Wow, my experience with their customers service was excellent. They were actually able to cut corners which should not be in the way to get me the services I'm needing. Gg folks

December 23, 2023 Tarendeep was the original agent who helped me sign up for electricity and made switching services easy as eating pie. Kudos to Tarendeep! January 09, 2024 Then I made a phone call and got Jose, he helped me confirm that everything was a go. At the risk of being accessed of being "racist" he spoke fluent English and understood everything I was saying to him which made the call smooth like butter. I am a born English speaking Canadian and this was a serious treat for me to be understood and experience excellent customer service. Kudos to Jose‼️ 😎

Infact if anyother languacan be used to qualify them...they are more than worse..issuing to bills the same month. It's a BIG RIP OFF. I swear they are worse company. Withing one month two bills a residential house for $457.49.. what for...only on gas.
