The form to order was made easy and fast. unfortunately I paid an extra $ 14.88 for my order to arrive in 2 days. this did not happen. My order was from August 4 and I received my order until August 11. I understand that these are difficult times due to the pandemic. But they should not offer the 2-day express service if you are having shipping problems. Thanks to customer service for sending a refund for the extra shipping charge.

The ignited/flame sensor was exactly as promised. It fit perfect installed easily. The price was about 60 percent of what other companies were asking. Shipping was reasonable and it arrived very quickly. I will purchase from DB again.
