Absolutely love the tall baseboard heat covers, just wish they had the cover for the connecting boards and the corner cover. Went back to order more and they have the corner cover but it says it’s a left end cover, called and left msg regarding that as I need two corner covers for now but so far no one has called me back.

Paid for expedited shipping, but still did not receive it on time.
Response from Direct BrandApr 12, 2021
Hi Robin, sorry to hear that the parcel did not arrive as expected. Upon investigation, I believe that the order was placed after our cut-off and that a refund of the shipping charges has been made. I hope that this has eased the pain of the delayed parcel. Take care and be safe
