do not trust this company. i ordered their holster--they overcharged me and sent me the wrong product. i immediately cancelled the order--they shipped it anyway....oh, and that "100 % satisfaction guarantee"?...not so much--if you do not find their product satisfactory, they will charge you to ship it back to them! The product itself is very large--they add in a 'pencil' pocket which just makes it larger...and their customer service is terrible! I had to attest the case through PayPal just to get them to engage with me!

If I could give them a zero I would this company is horrible at checkout. It showed one price, which I took a screenshot of and then I got charged. Another price when I tried to dispute it, they told me multiple times they didn't have my order.They didn't have my order.And finally, they found a shipping number.And refused to return it.Because they said it had been shipped out here.It is nine days later.Tracking shows the item hasn't been picked up yet, but yet they still refuse to refund my order.This company is a scam

I ordered 2 Fujobi Pancake holsters and one Godzilla DefenderPro Holster order #145933 in mid December 2025, The package arrived Dec 31 and the Godzilla holster was not in the package. Sent message through their email which states order was sent in 2 packages and to wait. I then asked for a tracking number for the second package and the reply was "It will be delivered next week. Please wait. Thank you" I waited another week and still no holster, I then told them to refund my money and I ended up here

More scam than legit.... they overcharge my credit and have yet to issue refund over 2 months... I see why they don't a phone

Never recieved my fujobi holster. They said they sent another one. Have not received that one either. Then I get a message that it is coming from California when they are in Colorado. This company has written false reviews to make it look like they are legitimate. I have turned this over to my lawyer and AZ and US Attorney general offices. I hope they get shut down.

I ordered a shoulder holster on Sunday 4-6-25.at 11pm.On Monday 12 hours later at 10 am I canceled the order per e mail.I was told by Sarah that it was shipped and could not get a 100% credit to my account.I now have contest my charge.I feel that this company is a terrible company to deal with and have treated me in an un fair manner.

I paid for this product and never got it. I actually purchased 3. I have a screenshot of my purchase. When I put my order number in it says there's no record. I'm over it and feel like I got scammed.

I ordered a Raptor bag a few months ago and love it. No issues with shipping. Ordered a holster on 12/1. Been sitting in Fairfield NJ for 22 days. Customer service is a joke. All you get are automated responses. I did get a human once and they accused me of lying about the number of times I had reached out to them. I suspect this is just another chinese run outfit. Look at the response this will get, all the responses are cut and paste identical responses. Asked for a refund, no such luck. I will let Paypal get my money back. Ordered on 12/1, received on 12/31. Cancelled the Paypal claim, heard nothing from the people I bought from.
