This was the absolute best experience I've ever had shopping. I ordered 3 of the Baldman Shoulder Holsters and to my surprise they were too large for me, even when I adjusted to the smallest size. Once the company representative was aware of the situation, she blew my mine by offering free replacements. Without having to return the original order. They have earned my respect and business forever. My go to for all of their products.

After purchasing a waist holster, I realize it wasn't ideal for my application. The staff stayed on top of my concern, and offered a sweet exchange.

Fast shipment Great product, just doesn’t work with my Non lethal weapon. To make it right Dinosaurized has offered to send me a different holster at no charge to make it right. They did not have to do this and is much appreciated. Thank you Dinosaurized
