We purchased the product because of Pam. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Much appreciated.

In these days and times I was a little concerned about making such a big purchase over the phone. But Hannah put my concerns at ease walking me through each step of the purchase and sending me emails to confirm that my purchase was legit. I also had questions about the product that I was ordering, like what fabric was used and she answered all of the questions that I had about it. Thanks Hannah for your patience and awesome customer service.

The staff was courteous and professional. Over all good customer service.

Hannah and her team are terrific! Very helpful. I had ordered a bedroom set that turned out to be out-of-stock. Not only was it easy to cancel the order, Hannah was able to apply the previous promotional offer to my new order. We are looking forward to the new set.

Very pleasant sales help took care of my needs and speedy checkout thank you Andrian

This is my first time order from this website, but I found coaster cheat drawer sets that are much cheaper in this website, so I gave it a try, but for some reason I had trouble with order online, so I called customer service, the lady name Hannah is very nice and professional, she helped me with my order!!🙂
