Both John and Xavier were extremely wonderful to deal with. I was apprehensive about placing an order from an online outlet store that I had never dealt with and they were able to make my experience very pleasant. They were extremely patient with all my questions and very professional. I’m hopeful that they will deliver my two nightstands in a timely manner with no issue.

So far, easy buying experience and very professional. If furniture arrives in timely manner and in good condition then I will be happy to give another 5 out of 5 rating.

Phenomenal customer service! John was very patient and thoroughly explained what we were buying and also the entire process; pre-delivery to when we will receive the items. We bought the Versailles Dinning set, and John made sure that we understood the value of our purchase. In a post-COVID world it is refreshing to know that there are people like John that not only care to make a sale but care about the customer’s experience and overall well being. Thank you John, and we look forward to future business with you and your company.
