Kate has been very nice, professional and helpful, not to forget "considerate" too. She was very patient and answered all my questions. The ordering process went smoothly. Nowadays, not many persons are that nice anymore. Thank you, Kate. I am just hoping that the delivery process will as smooth.

I placed an order for complete dining set. I was taken care by John Idicula and must say he was very professional and helpful with placing my order and explaining everything to me,about the furniture, the cost and what to expect going forward. I would definitely return to purchase again or recommend to friends. Thank you John for all your help.

I give Pam 5+ stars! She went out of her way to help me find pieces for a bedroom set that I’ve been desperately trying to locate! Thank you again!

I had a wonderful experience to deal with John, he is such a polite and professional furniture specialist! Because of his marketing skills and customer services I ended up buying $14000 worth of furniture from him.

I recently made a purchase online and Pam was my sales associate. She stayed on the chat with me for over an hour to make sure that I was able to receive all of the discounts available and that the order was processed properly. She was very professional and I would use them again.

Ordered furniture 3/23/20, now is 7/22/20 four months later and we're still going back and fourth with them. We were told the furniture will be delivered within 4 weeks and the online sales rep reassured us 4 weeks max. Partial order was delivered, we had to call them for them to tell us the other was at a different warehouse. Delivery company called and scheduled delivery on 6/27/20, called on 6/26/20 to say furniture did not pass inspection whatever that means. Requested a couple of times for manager to call us and never heard from them. We requested they pick up the partial delivery and refund our money but they are insisting we have to pay restocking fees. Worse company I have ever shopped from. Never shopping with them again and will never refer anyone to them.
