DiningroomsoutletReviews of diningroomsoutlet.com

Rebekah of DiningRoomsOutlet.com was very helpful in helping me to place my order. I found the dining room set I wanted in NY, but they were going to charge an additional fee to ship to Florida. DiningRoomsOutlet price was much cheaper, and shipping was free. Rebekah also pointed me to several other websites if I want to purchase my Queen and King bedroom sets online, for additional discounts. Ordering was very simple, and I will review again when I receive the dining room set to let everyone know how the full experience was.

REBEKAH was super helpful and patient. I got the answers I needed so quickly and was able to get my order placed very quickly. Thank you!

Weird company as it sells things that they do not have in stock and it may take unknown amount of time to ship. They may even cancel your order and you will wait for it forever.

I just bought a bedroom set with the patient assistance from Sydney. She is awesome!

I just used online chat to place an order and it went super smooth. I didn't plan on purchasing for a couple of days but all my questions were answered so quickly by Sydney I felt it would be an easy transaction and it was. Thanks so much!!!

So far (completed the ordering process today), Sharon rates the five stars. We live in Hawaii which is always a challenge for ordering furniture, and within about half an hour she penetrated the thicket and completed our order. Although many outlets showed the Catalina cabinets collection, only this site allowed the individual pieces to be ordered. If all goes this smoothly with shipping and delivery, it will be a first class experience. BUT TWO WEEKS LATER: The entire experience has collapsed. After waiting on chat-hold while Sharon confirmed shipping arrangements, I heard from someone else on their "team" that I would have to provide a "loading dock" in order to receive delivery since their local "partner" wasn't serving them any more. I provided the name of the local freight company that handles most incoming furniture and other deliveries, picking up at the piers and delivering to customer homes, but Diningroomsoutlet.com couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone and make the arrangements, instead cancelling my order and taking another week to confirm my credit card would not be charged, setting me back three weeks until I placed the identical order with Wayfair!

My experience with Rio was great. I’d been shopping around the site for a few days and she was able to help me pinpoint which of my favorite sets would be available fastest, and explained the different shipping methods to me. She even stayed late after her shift time to help me finalize the order. I can’t wait to get the bedroom set! Thanks for all of your help, Rio!

Great follow up and communication through the entire process from Andrian of the order through to the professional delivery. I will definitely shop there again in the future.
