I ordered a very expensive dining room set, and it came in damaged with eight flaws in the table and one in the chair. After six weeks of going back-and-forth my table is still sitting here they have sent two technicians out that said neither the chair nor the table could be fixed. I asked for them to pick up the table and refund my money after they have refused to replace the table with a brand new one with no flaws. Now they are telling me that I have to pay the cancellation fee. I didn’t cancel this order I expected brand new furniture with no flaws.

Great service and Xavier was excellent! He gave me all the information that I needed, was curious and polite and made me feel comfortable throughout the buying process. He was very knowledgeable and prompt in his responses online and via phone. I will definitely buy again from them.

I received my beautiful dining set in perfect condition. It was delivered and put together and placed in my home. The service was great. Although it took a long time for me to get my order, Andrian was very helpful every step of the way. I was guided from the order process thru the delivery. I was kept informed about my order by Andrian due to the delays because of the pandemic.
