Sean assisted me today and was professional, cordial, and thorough. A pleasure to do business with.

Sean was absolutely amazing to work with and so extremely patient as we were trying to make decisions. He definitely went above and beyond. Thank you!

Jack was very helpful and answered all questions. Thanks again!

Pam was very helpful. she was very clear with the details of the process and helped me get some amazing discounts. Loved working with her.

John's customer service and the web "chat" exceeded my expectations. White glove customer care comparable to Ritz-Carlton! I will definitely order from this website again.

Jason Roy was very helpful and made sure he got confirmation if parts were in stock and when would they be delivered Hope the delivery will be as good as the buying experience Regards

Mr. John Idicula is thorough and very helpful. I appreciate it.

I just ordered a really pricey (for me) couch from these guys over the phone and John was super helpful! He told me if they had the pieces in stock and was able to estimate a delivery window which was my main concern. He walked me through everything and was really pleasant. I guess it just felt less painful to drop a whole paycheck on a couch since they had some great customer support… plus this was the cheapest place I found this exact couch and it was listed on 4-5 other sites. Can’t wait for the couch to arrive now!
