DiningroomsoutletReviews of diningroomsoutlet.com

The service I received from this company was exceptional. The customer service rep by name Andrian was so on point. He made my purchases so easy and everything from placing my orders to the delivery was remarkable. The items arrived within one week without delay and in perfect condition. ANDRIAN I hope you see this review because your customer service skills is a top notch and I was very comfortable. Trust me because of you Andrian I will be patronizing this company and I will refer my friends as well. Thank you for helping me purchase this living room set its nice and I love it.

Had a very good experience ordering. Della helped me alot. Excited to get my furniture.

Very helpful. Order was placed successfully after a careful review, credit application, etc... Very appreciative and looking forward to new dining chairs ! Thank you Greg

I have been looking at this dining table for awhile and finally purchased it. Della was a gem, she answered all my questions and made my purchase easy.

This review is for John. He was extremely helpful and accommodating.

I reached out via chat to ask a few questions about a table I was interested in purchasing. Pam responded immediately and not only answered my questions but asked if I wanted to move forward and she kindly processed my order for me. She was so friendly and very helpful. I have never shopped on this site before but I will ensure I shop here before purchasing furniture on any other site.

John was a great help!!! I work in the furniture industry so I understand how it works and John was excellent. He had all the answers and didn’t try to “guess” at anything very professional.

So far so good, though I may need to edit after delivery. I worked with the CS agent Chloe, she was able to help me find a sofa that was in stock and able to be delivered in a month. This day and age that's a miracle. She also gave me a discount on set-up, which was very nice. As long as everything goes as expected this will be one of my easiest furniture purchases!
