I had security issues with my wallet where all of my rewards were stolen. Their customer service basically wanted me to pay for a new device in order to continue earning rewards. At no point should a legit company want you to buy a new device when the issues you are facing have nothing to do with you. This absolutely makes no sense. I had high hopes for Dimo but it is just another crypto project that wants your money. There is no customer service provided here at all. just excuses. If you were thinking about getting a Dimo device stay away. I made the mistake of supporting them in the early stages and this is how they treat an early supporter.

Easy to setup, neat way to make money!

The whole project is new and exciting. I'm glad to be an early participant in it (11/2023). It's a fresh and innovative idea and I hope that companies will be found to make use of the data collected. The idea of getting paid with the $DIMO token is a great one. I would only hope that the payouts would be more and the payback of the investment for the AutoPi miner would be sooner.
