I bought a dillon 650 about 13 years ago. Finally had a part break and needed some support. Called and talked to Dan, he walked me through everything I would need, no charge, send it out tomorrow. Went out and looked at it and thought another part was looking worn, as it should be after 10s of thousands of rounds. I called back, he said let me throw that in your box going out tomorrow. Friendly fast customer service with lifetime warranty. (little do they know the men in my family are long lived)

I have a Dillon 650 press which is approximately 10 years old. The early warning primer alarm quit working. Called tech support and they replaced the unit with no questions asked. Even sent a AAA battery.

Ok. 30 year old press that isn't made anymore. I'm not the original order. I'm inept and can't find the manual for my machine, a 450, It's right there on the website. I asked if the 550 part, a link arm, will fit the 450. I was prepaired to drop the $45 for the part, no problem. Dillon's response, it's a direct replacement, no worries, and we will ship you one. As in free. As in no shipping cost. Dillon Precision has customer support like no other! Thank you!!!

I have heard people ask why Dillon precision. Here is my experience: called repair 10 days ago, explained to rep multi problems with my Xl650 press. He asked how much I used it I said not too much, maybe 3 or 4 hundred thousand rounds over 20 years, he chuckled and gave me RMA#. Press was filthy and shot!!!! Got it back today and it looks like a brand new, Also see 2 page list of free parts they installed. This is why I and many other competitive shooters swear by Dillon Precision Thank you Craig Ingalls

I have to say this company was awsome on the phone. And answered all my questions I had. I placed order and it arrived 1 day early. I will be spending a lot more money with this company. Good job guys. I hope all of my orders will go the same. 5 stars all the way!!!!! And a note to the people complaining. Look in a mirror you may be the problem.

I have been using my Dillon Progressive Press for approx 15 trouble free years. Recently I had 2 issues and I contacted Dillon. The representatives were extremely helpful and sent me replacement parts at no charge! I did not expect warranty replacement and I am very impressed that they stand behind their products.
