I purchased a 650 a few years ago from Dillion. Very good machine. This year ordering caliber conversion options and needed to just converse with their experts. Customer service is good and helped me a lot. I'm just a little thick sometimes and I think I might have perceived some irritation in which I probably caused. Anyway, all in all they were helpful.
