Originally signed up for the monthly website report which was only $29.99pm. After looking at their statistics I was convinced to take out a 3 month authority package for $499. In two months the only work they have carried out on my site is to add 5 backlinks... Also they have ignored all emails from me. And goes what... cancelling that $29.99pm is almost impossible.

How some think this is a good seo tool im not sure... if you want all the good features it does cost big bucks. and for that money there is defo A LOT other premium SEO tools thats better for the same or less price. It does all look good on the surface - But something that is really bad, is that they marketing it with all the features and when you buy one plan, the you still miss many features and so it keeps going. When a company is not transparent its NOT good and there to scam or at least mislead you Like if you want to cancel and delete card payment, there is NO easy way to do it. You have to go through a lot of pages and even the ingo/support page that says how to .... well you guessed it, it doesnt work. My faith in DIIB is 0 stars really

Not great I'm afraid. They asked for access to my site to fix some errors, however, after various emails nobody bothered to reply. My opinion is they have to much work and not enough staff to deal with the service they offer.

Very disappointed. I had the premium subscription for over a month and I can say website is kind of ok collecting statistics from various tools (only advantage here is to have them in one dashboard) and giving guidelines. However I ordered a package for authority boost and I am now waiting for a month for some articles to be created. I received no updates unless I escalated the matter and even when I set up the call with their expert he showed up very late. We discussed what to do and after that disappeared. For sure will not order any more services from them. I hope I will receive a full refund.

We did the 15 minutes for $15 and it was wonderful, so our company decided to try the $500 a month "Pro Managed Service" for blog content. We registered on 8/20/2021. On or around 9/13/2021 we received 3 short articles for us to approve, which we did. These articles were never posted to our website though! On 9/20/2021 (Monday) I asked about the two remaining articles and when the 3 we approved would be posted. I received: "I apologize - I have not added the articles to the blog yet. I am working on getting those posted this week. I sincerely apologize about the delay. I'm also looking into what happened with the posts, as it looks like the information I got originally for your content may have been incorrect. I am tracking that down now, and if it was, I will be happy to add the missing articles on to this month's order. The guest posts have been ordered and confirmed, but I am still waiting on the links for those. Again, I apologize about the delay. I will send you the links to these as soon as I have them. I truly apologize about the delays and any inconvenience this has caused. I am working to rectify all of these issues now." 9-24-2021 (Friday) still nothing has been posted, the two missing blog post are still missing, and now we've been charged another $500 for the next month. I contacted customer support for a refund at this point because I'm sick of worrying about "professionals" not doing their job in a timely manner. (how long does it take to post 3 finished and approved blog posts?!) Diib customer service said: "After reviewing your account, I show the following content has already been ordered and approved. Once an order has been started, we cannot issue a refund." We have now contacted our credit card company and have disputed both months of charges. I would strongly advise just using the free tools or just avoiding this company... what a headache. They strike me as having too good of an advertising budget and not enough actual staff to do their job.

Sign up for their core vitals optimization package $79.99 per month..total rip off here are my results: Jarek (Diib Inc) Aug 18, 2021, 6:20 CST Hey Tom, thank you for your patience. All possible optimizations on your site are done. Google PageSpeed Insights test before optimization score: Mobile: 39/100 Desktop: 60/100 Google PageSpeed Insights test after optimization score: Mobile: 45/100 Desktop: 68/100 NOTE: the updated page speed they speak of in the below reply was after I loaded a simple word press plug in...wp rocket and had nothing to do with their service

Quite shocked at the response I have had from DIIB. I pulled them up over lack of support for pro membership and I also left a mini statement referring to this on Facebook. I’ve now been banned from commenting on Facebook and no one replies to emails. Easily upset I’d say with an attitude of “block em” rather than “fix” Shocking Tread carefully

They did nothing, originally took 99$ then 29$ per month after that with no work or change done to website.
