I sent diib an email query before deciding to subscribe and got no reply. I sent another a week later and again got no reply. Stupidly I went ahead and subscribed anyway and applied for a meeting with a REAL person, a service they brag about with pride, who didn't turn up. Jesse, I was told, didn't know he (or she, I'm not sure) had meetings on that day because he never worked on that day anyway, and asked if I could reschedule for a meeting the next day. I agreed, suggested a time, and never heard back. They're dead weight. I'm not carrying it. So I've cancelled my paid subscription and moved on. If you like carrying dead weight you'll get along fine with diib.

I really do not see the benefit of Dibb. I signed up for a PRO service and was presented with a dashboard of information that is easily obtained for FREE. Any fix or recommendation links to yet another plan to try and get more of your money. For me - an absolute waste of money!!!

After two months of use and numerous contacts with support, Diib's data for my site is still completely wrong. According to google I have 34% of visits from search engines, according to Diib 7%. Diib can't analyze my mobile speed, they also tell me that some days I have no mobile visits and other times 50%, but the majority of my visits, 86% according to google, come from mobiles. How to use a tool that is not able to analyze my site, as all the information it takes is false? To answer Diib's message below, the connection with Google Analityc works and I have already contacted the support several times without them being able to solve the problem, unfortunately!

They didn't deliver what they promised. The staff member allocated to my account knew absolutely nothing and didn't deliver. I had to push hard and complain just to get them to respond to me and even then they didn't deliver what was promised.

Diib is a total waste of time. After paying for a minimum of 3 months to get 3 articles written and 3 backlinks, I have 3 crappy articles which are not fit for purpose. One article was written about stuff we don't even sell. What is the point of attracting customers to your site through an article and then not being able sell them the product! The articles are also factually incorrect. I decided to do 3 months to see if I could get more insight into SEO copywriting but I can tell you that I know more about it that they do and can pick up obvious SEO errors in the material that has been written by them. I'm also trying to cancel the subscription which is proving more difficult than it should. The instructions to cancel on their website aren't correct and the chat function for 'pro members' does not work. The only way you may rate Diib as good from my experience is if you have no clue whatsoever about what is good for your business and poor attention to detail. Avoid at all costs - don't say you weren't warned!!

1 star for Diib. I have used them for approximately 2 months. Nothing has updated in rank guard and no backlinks have updated either! What am I paying for exactly? I left a message on their facebook page and now my account has been blocked from commenting and my comment has been removed. Not only this, I asked for a list of backlinks whereby they sent me a list for a completely different url; gives alot of confidence in the team and the platform...! I will no doubt be moving my subscribtion from Dibb to a premium SEMRush account because even the free SEMRush platform offers more insights than a paying diib service! Overall, not happy at all!

I like the Diib platform (it offers lots of key insights and advice) so decided instead of taking advantage of $69 membership annual offer, I paid $499 (around £400) for 8 weeks of support called an authority boosting package and this was a 'special offer' to have some serious support on having a backlink and some quality content putting out on other platforms. My account manager also assured me that my slow website on WordPress would be looked into by their WordPress developer guy as this was causing problems with gaining and keeping traffic. Then it was radio silence for a while, weeks, the articles came through but wouldn't load, eventually I got them to open and they were pretty poor to be honest with lots of mistakes that I needed to clarify, they were not only incorrect but misleading and potentially unethical content that was simply misunderstood research about my profession. (E.g. the difference between a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, and that a hypnotist for instance might not be a therapist). Also lots of the content they wrote was based around London references which I said was good for SEO but simply inaccurate and would surely generate more clicks and calls from those in London that would be upset to find out I was actually in Sheffield (2.5hrs travel away). Then radio silence again and the time was finished! No one resolved my speed issues and Diib still reports them today. I honestly feel like it was a big chunk of my self employed wages for very little return and sadly would not advise you to do it. I'd perhaps try investing in some SEO or developers from people per hour or something like that compared to this from experience. My guy was nice enough, but ultimately it fell flat in terms of my goals and expectations. Also I realised the annual $69 membership would have given me access to everything I had access to, except for a full year. Now I have no access after just 8 weeks, speed problems on my site and no fixes. There are a few articles that I'm sure with time will help my traffic but I just feel it fell way flat of the exciting and friendly offer that the team seemed to be excited about with me initially. 😟 I hope they reach out to all of us who bought this package because we clearly all feel the same sadly.

Over a period of a month, I made efforts to set up a walk through and could only get an email asking me what I wanted. I again asked them for a demo but they basically did not have any private demos available. They told me to watch the video. Here is what I said to them: I have watched your video. It is not helping very much. 1. I do not get a Daily Health Score. It just says GET HELP. 2. Annual Growth Opportunities says GET HELP 3. Website Rank - GET HELP 4. Google Analytics is not providing any data and I did reload. 5. I have a PRO account but you want me to pay for the MOZ link. Where do I get my free link? The GET HELP buttons do not work. See the attached screenshot. I also attached a screenshot of the alert telling me that we are not getting data from Google Analytics. I did reload. The support link does not work. They never responded to this email at all. I finally gave up and cancelled my subscription. I would not give these guys one dime of your money. They take it and disappear. The software does not work!
