Honestly, I thought I had found a great company to deal with until I found a better competitor out there. I went to cancel my account using their option in the menu and it locked out my ability to do that. I reach out to support 3 separate times and never heard back from support over a two week period. Now, I am a PRO subscriber which means I am supposed to get priority support with LIVE chat. Is this what a PRO customer is supposed to get? Completely ignored? I threatened them with charge back action if they didn't respond and guess what? Still no response so I followed through.

No one seems capable of responding to support requests at diib. Zoom meetings are offered .... but no-one turns up. Think of the worst experience you've ever had with a call centre based in the Philippines and prepared to be amazed by how much worse your experience with diib will be. Loads of Hype and Promises - Very little in return

Steer clear of these con artists. They sell you back links built with in a package of high Authority domains and literally with in 2 days of leaving them they reduce the domains to very low authority’s scores which range the pages they were working. I’m currently putting together a court order and taking these people to court. It’s scandalous what they are doing with the business plan they are conning people with. Stay as far away as you can from these companies.

The portal and information on the free / basic service seems quite good but, do not pay for their services. I purchased a $1000.00 per month SEO plan with them with a view to getting good quality links to my content. They say they take care of everything, its a joke. They failed to follow clear advice (if it wasn't clear, they didn't ask questions), then never confirmed where the links were put. Second month renewed, again almost no correspondence. The website shows that My services are pending. It is an immensely poor service. Contacted them for support / updates, nothing. Complete (and I mean complete) rip-off. Pay for services at your own risk, for me, it comes across as a scam. I am so disappointed, the portal provides such a slick and professional looking interface. Admittedly, the stats don't always stack up but the notifications and pointers are useful. This should have been a partnership for years but, scratch below the surface and it's a cruddy support setup. Paid for services run on an outdated Zend desk, unbelievable. So, refund requested as they do not do as they advertise they will, their delivery of service is nowhere near that sold.

Signed up for Pro Membership and two additional packages. Cancelled the two packages (awaiting refund) when we identified issues with DashBoard data. Conflicting data, alerts and insights meant the data was not useable. Slow / no response. Great if some are getting value from it as I can see the benefit if the data is good. For us it simply wasn't. Very disappointing.

Avoid at all costs. I never got what I paid for. I paid for blog posts that never came and when I email them about it, no reply. You can't leave a review or even comment on their social media, which is super suss! They will rob you and leave you with nothing!!!

diib offer a free plan and if you upgrade to pro at a reduced rate of $7.00 for the first month you get a free DA-67 backlink, then when you upgrade you find out no backlink until your membership renews 4 weeks later, we all know the importance of good backlinks for organic growth which is why anyone would sign up just for this link, this is a blatant misrepresentation, I wonder how many people have signed up and immediately cancelled losing their $7.00 what a scam.

I was really looking forward subscribing to Diib (1 year subscription) as they look professional but after reading all the bad reviews I changed my mind. It seems like so many people got ripped off and never received what was promised. So for that, I'm out! Going to invest somewhere else.
