Diib cheated us by charging us several years for a subscription, we didn't know we had. We got no notifications about coming charges and no receipts or invoices af the withdrawals. They refuse to refund the amount - even though the can see in their system, that we haven't used their system those years. They also are very reluctant to answer when we write to them. If we get a reply it must be characterized as a "no-answer" with bla-bla-bla, but no solution.

Don't respond to emails, messages, i send 5x messages. Lost 100$ and a lot od time!

rip off stay away 12 big scam.

Poor work, broken links, messed up my website. Poorly written content. SEO 101 they were putting 200 long descriptions in Meta Phrases, just mind-boggling poor work.

DIIB canceled our subscription after we asked them to explain and show proof of reported bad back-links from a domain... the domain that they where claiming the bad back-links where coming from is one of our own!!! No code, no site, just a domain that we own. No way possible to be getting bad back-links from a domain with NO CODE or website or app!!! They canceled our account after we called on their bluff! Although DIIB has some good and useful features and help, they use bogus reports to drum up work from their subscribers. DIIB is a scam in our opinion.

J’en suis à mon 4eme produits acheté chez eux : SEO, retargeting, analytics, backlink ect…. Nothing good. No customer service, people take care of my company don t know their work… first time I pay last year and now last month. Never again.

I wanted to try their 6-month offer but had many issues and support never answers...apart from that one time when I sent a request about our sitemap not being taken into account, and it has never been resolved. Now I'm trying to cancel the subscription before a potential autorenewal and the corresponding page doesn't load...I can't find any way to completely delete the account either...
