2 Crucifix's & grandkids flower boutonnieres that were paid for were not delivered to the funeral as promised. Flowers ordered by family were not delivered as well. Communication was bad between Mimi who helped us. I had used them for my father funeral in 2021 and had no problems, I can't say the same for my brother whose funeral arrangements and what we paid for was not delivered as promised. Crucifix was mailed; boutonnieres & flowers had to be reimbursed. If you choose to use Sunset N, please request someone else than Mimi who was very unprofessional & uncaring towards the family grieving. My brother young daughters who had never been thru a loss were grieving; my sisters & I paid the whole funeral expenses upfront, and I met with Mimi during the arrangements. However, Mimi refused to communicate with me, only thru my niece who were grieving & needed my guidance. Mimi was very uncaring towards the family, I left several messages for her and her manager, never did any of them return my calls.

Zero Accountability for Severe Plot Desecration & Negligence at Rosehill Cemetery, Chicago, IL. c/o Dignity Memorial I am beyond disheartened and deeply upset by the complete lack of respect, professionalism, and common courtesy from Rosehill Cemetery. My family purchased and paid for four plots in full 26 years ago with perpetual care covered. Despite this, I have had to fight Rosehill’s management for nearly a decade just to maintain contractual integrity because of their chaotic record-keeping. This is not the first issue my family has experienced with Rosehill. In 2017, they attempted to make my family pay again for my stepbrother Kilbert Maxwell Jr.’s plot, even though it was already paid in full — confirmed in writing by former General Manager Julian Moldovan and later reaffirmed by Area Manager Steve Mize. With those confirmations on record, there should be absolutely no issues repairing the current damage to Kilbert Maxwell Sr.’s and Jerry Green’s markers. I am extremely upset and grieved by the persistent pattern of inadequate communication, issues with record keeping, and now physical damage to the final resting places of our loved ones.

The cemetery is Highlands ( Thornton Co.) And I have been asking why the grounds are dirt and weeds and stickers? But was told 26yrs ago how well kept this location is compared to others . Unfortunately we did place my father there by his choice but for the last 5 or 6 years the grounds has gotten worse by the day and the manager can only reply about the water shortage but their other locations are nice and green and plush along with the close surrounding golf courses not sure how that happens? It's so bad you can not kneel or spend time at the site from stickers and dirt sad to see elderly cry cause they can't get to their loved one from the mess !! If there is others that feel the same way let's talk and see what we can do.

My brother passed away on July 4th. I am still waiting on death certificates. Its now August 21st. They have been ready for well over a month. I went ahead and got them from vital records. Victoria Kaplan and Lagerie could care less. Numerous details miss and no attention to detail. The office manager Joshua has no interpersonal skills and also could care less. The funeral home is HM patteson Ogelthorpe. I grew up around the corner and have passed that place a thousand times in my life. It used to be the premier funeral home in Atlanta until Dignity bought them. Find somewhere else

I was invited for a 2nd time to a restaurant and rudely told we were cancelled even thought I had a confirmed reservation. The host said they text me but I never received the text. I requested to see the text which on her phone was sent to the wrong number. Eventhough it was proved that the cancel was never received, the host insisted us to leave.

My family and I are beyond disgusted and heartbroken by what happened at Dignity Memorial Cemetery, River Grove, Illinois. A necklace that was placed inside a glass memorial case at our loved one's graveside was stolen, and the lack of security and protection for families memorial items is unacceptable. People come to cemeteries to honor and remember those they've lost, not to worry about theft and vandalism. The fact that someone could access a glass case and steal from a burial site shows a shocking failure to protect the property and the families who trust this Cemetery with loved one's memories. Management should be ashamed that grieving families are force to worry about theft at a place meant for respect and remembrance. Until serious action is taken - including proper surveillance, security, and accountability - I cannot recommend this Cemetery to anyone. Families deserve far better than this level of neglect and disrespect.

I wish there were 0 stars. Dignity Memorial has blocked the disentombments of both of our parents although we signed the contract and paid in full.
