Complete scam. I was unable to access "purchase history" after sale. They sent me an email that was supposed to be access to the purchased product key. It was a broken link. I contacted them through their web portal. They then sent a second Product key directly in an email, not a link this time. When I attempted to apply this second product key, it was refused because it was already used. I contacted them again. They stopped responding. I was never able to access my purchase history or submit a review through their web site. I reversed charges through my credit card company and purchased through a more established online retailer. Edit: I see digitalproductkey.com have responded to "help fix the issue." I have already reversed charges and purchased elsewhere. Everything about all of my former experience with Digitalproductkey.com suggests that they are either completely inept and awful at the one thing they are supposed to do, or are complete scammers. Broken access to purchase history, broken link in an email to a nonexistent page, sending a used product key; all of these seem designed delays that might be mistaken as user error as a way to extend the process as long as possible. Digitalproductkey.com are Scammers. I'm not even mad because they ripped me off, because I got my money back through my credit card company, but it looks like others haven't and they need to be called out for what they are. They have a decent-looking website, but don't let that fool you! Digital Product Key.com are a bunch of scammers! They even have a Face Book page trying to come across as good! I had purchased a license key from them for Win 7. The key activated, but only lasted 3 weeks before Microsoft caught-on giving me a message saying my copy of Windows was not genuine. When I contacted Digital Product Key about the matter they asked me to send them a "screen capture", yeah, that's what they called it. It's simply a photo showing the message that my copy of Windows was not genuine. In the same photo I showed the license key that was installed. I had used a software product called Recover Keys to show the license key currently installed in my PC. After I sent this photo they replied a few times giving me other license keys to try. None of them worked to activate my copy of Win. 7 Ultimate. After this they gave me instructions on how to modify my computer registry telling me the process was necessary! Talk about b.s.! Instead of messing with my computer registry I asked for a refund. They wouldn't grant it! They kept my money and gave me b.s. saying something about having a 20-day guarantee when their home page states a 30-day money back guarantee! My purchase had certainly been within the 30 day money back guarantee, but they wouldn't honor their own guarantee! This company is not based in the U.S.A.. It was obvious to me they were not afraid to be fraudulent being outside the USA.

I tried to update a laptop. They were quick to take my money. They sent a purchase confirmation to my email and a link to download my software. The link led me to nowhere. I got in touch with them again and asked for a refund. They sent me another link to my purchase download. That link started to download something for 20 minutes but ended in a download failure message. I then requested a refund 2 more times because I needed this software days ago. I recieved an email saying to process my request, I need to take screenshots of my error messages. I did that and wasted another 2 hours attempting to redownload all of the bogus links they sent me. I attached these pics to an email saying this is the 4th and final request for my refund. They have a number to call. I called it and it went to voicemail. "Hello and thank you for calling. Please leave a message". No business name in the voicemail. They stopped responding to me and it looks like I'm out some $. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!

Be very cautious when purchasing a product from this group. I purchased office home & business 2010 two days ago and so far all I have installed on my computer is Driver Support. I have contacted the company four time, initiated a chat which I sat waiting for an hour because of the statement "be patient" which no one never came on. They finally responded with "we will contact later".

I wouldnt trust this site it is 99.99% a scam you click on the site and immediatly get a notifcation someone has bought something refresh the page same thing happens i really wouldnt trust it.
