Took the money, sent a Windows program that doesn't work, has already been used. Made several attempts to contact them with no response. Off to the authorities, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

This company is a fraud, I purchased microsoft windows awhile back for college. There software has a glitch and they don't help you fix the problem, the customer service goes straight to voicemail if you call. Emails are always needing something from you, they wanted a copy of my ID for a refund? I've never in my life ever heard of a company needing a copy of you photo ID for a refund. They said they would refund me after I filled out some type of form and then after that they insisted on getting more paper work. It was ridiculous!! People DO NOT buy anything from this company its a fraud and im never purchasing anything from this company again!! Again stay away people you will be highly disappointed. They acted like I was copying the software and giving it to a third party. The truth is there software didn't work and thats it. I still haven't recieved my refund, I had to go through my bank for it.

Site says you will receive the key in a minute. Its been two days and I still have not received it. Chat is always offline, number always goes to voice mail.

Purchased a Microsoft Office software package and the product key they gave me was already used by another customer. Tried to contact them multiple times and cannot get help. Phone number just directs you to a very unprofessional voicemail system. Steer clear of this company...

there ARE fake keys dont buy here your program will stop working .microsoft blocks product key going to call visa to tell them about digitalproductkey site scam. DigitalProductKey are scammers! Don't buy from them! You'd be better-off going on eBay looking for COA stickers containing license keys of the software products you want to activate! The Digital Product Key company is not based here in the USA thus they are not afraid to defraud USA customers! I live in the USA and certainly got defrauded by them. I had purchased a package deal to receive one license key for Office 2013 Professional and one license key for Windows 7 Ultimate. The license key I received for Windows 7 did activate, however the activation lasted just under a month before Microsoft caught-on and sent a message to me saying my copy of Windows 7 Ultimate was not genuine! When I contacted DigitalProductKey about the matter they provided me with several other license keys where not one of them was any good! None had activated my copy of Windows 7 Ultimate! I had to go on eBay later where I purchased a COA license key sticker where the license key on it was guaranteed to activate! DigitalProductKey had wanted me to modify my computer's registry using a temporary fix which I wasn't willing to do, Why should I? They even warned that it might cause errors. They said the modification to my registry was a necessary confirmation, however! I knew that was total b.s. When I asked for a refund instead DigitalProductKey was not willing to comply! They gave me b.s. instead even though a 30-day money back guarantee is listed right on their home page and my purchase had certainly been under 30 days. Regarding the license key I received from them for Office 2013 Professional - that license key did activate, however DigitalProductKey neglected to mention nor advertise that the license key is not a lifetime license, but was limited to 3 installations. I didn't know that! I thought it was a lifetime license key! I wasn't informed and I didn't bother to contact DigitalProductKey about the matter. They had already taken me for a ride regarding my license key for Win. 7 Ultimate. I had no doubt they'd do the same regarding my license key for Office 2013. In total I was scammed out-of $118 dollars.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. It is clearly a scam. When you purchase a product of any kind the link that is supposed to take you to your license keys is broken, when you go to the order section of the website, it crashes and won't load. When you call the "customer care" number that is supposedly based in NY, NY you get a prompt to leave a voicemail. Stay far, far away from this website, if you need a legit key go to Amazon.
