I'm 82 years old and love my computer. A great tool for learning. I especially like using Excel. When I replaced my old desk top I lost all my old excel files. I used it for my personal budget and I used it for working for a small non-profit business. I had trouble downloading the new Excel I purchased from at a very reasonable price on to my new computer and your technician was very helpful and patient with me and explained what he was doing so I could understand. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated you providing me with such great service. He even provided a newer version of Excel for me. Thanks again.
