I purchased a key yesterday for my computer and I have yet to receive it. I keep getting errors. I have received 3 emails and one of those emails came with a link that I cannot access. I have tried contacting someone and yet to speak with anyone to see what's going. I didn't create an account I just pay for it as a guest not knowing this could have an effect on getting my key.. I purchased a product key for microsoft word. An hour later I am yet to receive the product key. No answer at their phone number. No response to emails I have sent. I am calling my credit card company to see if I can get the payment cancelled.

I purchased a product key for Outlook through this website. I received an invoice and a link to the product key in 2 separate emails. The link to the product key was broken, and threw a 500 error in my browser. I have contacted the company through their support portal from their website as well as via email. They have not responded to either inquiry yet. I am extremely hesitant and will likely shut the purchase down via my credit card company. Very unimpressed with the service thus far.

Bad Company. I bought a copy of Office 2010 from them in Feb, which was a digital download product key. That laptop failed a couple months later and I tried to re-install the license that I had paid for on a replacement machine. At First this company, Digital Product key told me they cannot help with this situation. I called Microsoft, since it is their license. They said of course it can be recovered and directed me to their website section to reinstall it. I went there and it needed the original license key. I obtained the key from Digital product key company, and tried entering it into the backup website provided by Microsoft. It failed. Again I got on the phone with Microsoft and they told me that the key must have been a fraudulent key and that I had reached a dead-end. So I must conclude that this company is shady. Buyer beware! Edit: Responding to DPK's response below. Microsoft informed me that there would be no problem with installing the software and using it on a replacement machine. But the product key was not valid. There seems to be some loophole that they exploit in selling someone else's product key multiple times, and Microsoft has some grace period of a couple months that allows this to work. But if you have the laptop die after 4 months, like in my case, if the license key was not valid when sold, then there is nothing they can do. Just repeating what I was told by Microsoft. I am not a computer guru.

Total scammers located in Germany, and other countries. Bought Publisher 2016 and neither they nor I could download publisher. they kept asking me to download other applications to give them access to my computer. Webroot blocked them. Horrible customer service. Refused to refund. Don't use them! Wish I knew better and found this review site before I went to them.

I purchased Microsoft Office key from them. When I went to activate the key they sold me it had already been activated. I called Microsoft and they said that the key had been activated more than two months prior to my purchasing of it. I contacted the company and they did not want to immediately give me a refund and decided to keep sending me keys after explicitly telling them to just refund me. Then they kept changing their requirements for a refund to ultimately requiring me to give them more personal information and a photocopy of my identification. Sorry, not going to further compromise myself to identity theft to a company who is less than honest with their business dealings. I got screen shots of the purchases and transcripts from Microsoft stating this company tends to sell more used keys than actual unused keys. Do not buy from them, spend the extra money to buy from a reputable source. Their customer service also takes anywhere from several days to a week to get back to you.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I purchased MS Office 2010 that didn't work. After numerous contacts they promised to refund my money. After another 2 weeks they informed that they refunded my money. In reality it was just a word 'REFUNDED', no invoice supporting this word, no money on a credit card. It looks like a SCAM. PLEASE BE AWARE.

bought Windows 10 for Older Laptop. After 7 or 8 attempts keep getting error message of incompatible. Half a dozen email exchanges with them telling me the download should work, me telling them that it doesn't, them telling me that 10 and my laptop are compatible, my laptop telling me they aren't. They refuse to refund. Definitely a strategy of take the money and run. After so many emails, the host server blocks all future attempts to email them. They don't return calls. Please be warned these people are unethical, unreliable and need to be driven out of business. Do not risk doing business with them, there is a good possibility that you will be their next victim.
