Daniel was the guy that I talked to and he was informative, patient and really help me out so made the purchase. This was in May, 2020... Well, every thing worked fine until today, July 22, 2020. I called Digitalproduct back and decided to go the chat session. I got "Daniel" ...... He assured me, no problem, was again, informative and patient with this old guy.... I purchased Microsoft Office Pro 2019 and requested technical support assistance and Emma responded in a timely manner with the solution. For this reason I'm giving a 5 Star rating. MS Office Pro 2019 is an essentional software package for my business day to day processes.

I purchased MS Office Professional Plus 2010 but downloaded the 64-bit version instead of the 32-bit. I reached out to customer service and connected with Daniel. He asked great questions and got directly to the point to help me download the correct version. I have to say that I was amazed that Daniel waited for me to complete the download and install processes. He stay immediately responsive in the chat session even though the download and install took so long. I hate it when I have to start over explaining, by typing, with a new chat contact. Having been in IT myself & having been around some support folks, I can say that Daniel is a true professional !! Thank you, sir, for the pleasant experience. This was my 2nd purchase from this site !!!

I purchased MS Office Professional Plus 2010; my site key wouldn't work. I reached out to cust. serv. & chatted with Daniel. He is extremely patient! He asked appropriate Q's regarding my issue & answered mine timely. He worked on my comp. via Team Viewer and resolved ALL the issues. I had to restart comp & if you know Windows 10 it runs updates at the worst time. But Daniel waited for me. He didn't loose me and take another customer b/c my updates took sooo long. This alleviated much stress-to not have to start over explaining by typing no less. There was a quirk because I purchased an older app, but he took his time and didn't give up; he didn't just make and excuse so I had to deal with the time consuming quirk, which is what many IT folks do. But not Daniel! Having spent some time in IT myself & having been around Level 3 & 4 IT people, I can say Daniel really knows his stuff! Importantly, he acknowledged that he understood what I was explaining and communicated to me what he was doing! Thanks Daniel!! It was a Pleasure. Thank you for the kind words & for turning a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I would definitely buy from this site again!

I would definitely buy from here again. Everything was smooth sailing and that is such a breath of fresh air. I thought I was going to have a problem with activating a product, panicked and prepared for excruciating tech support and inevitable frustration, what I got instead was polite instruction and a simple solution ('cause I'm a bonehead). Trouble activating Office again after a win10 reinstall. Contacted DigitalProductKeys' support team, Lana gracefully fixed the issue. I'm gonna keep using their keys in the future, ..digital keys Recommended.

Thought for a second that it was a scam b/c the phone number's disconnected, but after I received the product key after about 20 min I checked it with MS and to my pleasant surprise its legit.
