I purchased Microsoft Excel. Had some issue with the initial install. Tech support worked with me and they were able to complete the install. The time difference is inconvenient but the price is great.

I purchased a Key for Microsoft Access and wasn't able to get it activated. After getting help from DigitalProductKey team members thru the TeamViewer app the problem was solved. It was not an issue with the Key but with my computer having an extra version of Access that was conflicting. It took some time but the problem was solved.

The quoted key delivery time of 5 minutes is a joke and they dont send you the key. They email you a link where you sign in and then it will show you the product key. It took a couple of hours to get the email, but other than that the key worked and I had no problems after that. Great value. Cant beat it. Just be patient. Windows 10 pro

I ordered a program for my computer from them last week. I had trouble downloading and installing. No problem! With virtually no wait time someone 'took over' my computer and in short order worked out all the kinks....and I was up and running! I wish there was some way to thank them in person! It was a good Team effort on my behalf!

I bought Microsoft word with the understanding the link would show up in my email. It still hasn't after several minutes. I kept my purchase window open, though, and noticed a tab to download from there, which I did. The product key wasn't needed anywhere in the download or installation (?). I now appear to have a working version of word. If I didn't notice the download by navigating my purchase pages though, I would be writing a very different review.

The customer service is helpful, and the app is running smoothly on my Mac.
