I ran into similar issues as others here. I requested a refund almost immediately after purchase since everything was so confusing. No word back for several days... then I contacted them after again asking why my money was not refunded. A month passed. I emailed again, calling their business a hoax, and I finally received a reply. They ultimately refused to give me a refund saying that since they provided the license key, no refund could be provided. This is funny since I requested a refund DAYS before the license key arrived (I have proof). Instead I had to settle for a voucher that I will probably NEVER USE since I don't trust this company... $59 down the drain.

Were they to eventually get back to me, i'd give them two stars. If they resolve my issue, 4 stars. Otherwise, this website is a hoax.

Possibly a scam - be careful! I purchased a product key online but was unable to install the software. After several hours of my IT department trying I gave up and asked for a refund but as of the date of this review the company is still refusing to grant the refund. They want me to allow them access to my computer via Team Viewer, which I won't allow. I will never use them again. The licenses are cheap because they buy them in bulk as part of a multi-license purchase and then try to sell them off individually. This is not always allowed so be careful! UPDATE - after weeks of asking they have still not given me a refund. They have offered to access my PC via TeamViewer but I simply cannot allow that due to security reasons. All I'm asking for is a simple refund and they can just sell the license key they gave me to someone else. I just don't see why this is a problem. DON'T BUY FROM THEM - A TOTAL SCAM!!

At least all the other reviews received e-mails and a link. I haven't received anything. I cannot perform business on my new computer without Word so I guess I have to wait until Monday?

I purchased product key for windows07 and they sent a link to download product key. opened link and typed in reference number then kept sending me to error page. tried contacting them by email and phone numerous times but no response!

Save your money. Sent me the product key then link to download. Tried to download and an error from Microsoft said that you have exceeded you limit for that key. Called to get money back and they said they sent the key and can’t resell it so they won’t honor their money back guarantee. Appears they sold that key to several people. Then I was told I have to have a screen shot of denial. They tried to get me to purchase other software instead. Save your money and go somewhere more reputable. If you do buy you better have good credit card company so you can dispute the charge.

I bought windows 10 pro for 29.00 and received the 3 emails opened the first it was order confirmation opened the second and it was proof of purchase went to open the third and it disappeared vanished from my email and that was the product key been trying since the 5th and won't answer my emails and I'm screwed without the product key they will take your money and ignore u if u have a problem they don't know the meaning of customer service or money back guarantee
