When I purchased Office Pro 2013, I received a message the install was complete, but it was nowhere to be found on my laptop. The guide provided did not open so I sent a message via the website. I am most thankful to Mr Daniel Parker for his help and assistance in installing the product key for Windows 2013 that I purchased for my laptop. After 2 weeks of unsuccessful efforts he handled the problem quickly and efficiently despite blockage of the licence key as a result of previous attempts at activation on the wrong product.
