I had purchased a Word program from them and about 26 days later I received notification that I had 4-days before I would not be able to use this program because it ws not activated. I called them and they promtly sent me the code to punch in to activate the program. I an very happy that they took care of this issue so fast.

I was so distraught. I tried to inter my product key but is was coming up Invalid. I E-mailed them and they took a long time to get back to me. I was worried that I spent money on a scam. I finally was able to set up a time for them to help me. They were very knowledgeable and were able to help me. It took several times to reload and de install, but it finally worked. I am so happy they stayed with me until it was complete
