I had purchase publisher and Outlook but after trying to download it would not let the last one install without uninstalling the first one so I was going in circle so I contacted them and they sent me the whole Office Pro everything is working fine, thanks for the support.

I could not activate Office 2010 and Victoria H. got it done for me, by contacting Microsoft to verify my license key and obtaining for me a confirmation ID. Plugged the ID in and away I went...you rock, Victoria!
