Encountered an issue with MS Access product activation through the Internet. Contacted support (email), and was given step by step instructions to contact MS through telephone. Successfully contacted them and got Access activated. Considering the time difference and the weekend purchase, support time is very good.

Victoria Hudson showed a lot of patience working with someone who is not that tech savy! She hung in there with me until I finally got her logged into my computer so she could take over. I watched with amazement while she installed my purchase of office! I will not hesitate to purchase from this company again. Thank you Victoria!

I cannot say enough good about Digitalproductkey. I bought a key which came with a link to the most updated software. It did not want to activate and had an error. Contacted Digitalproductkey and they sent some information that fixed it. I had disabled Internet Explorer which is the only way Microsoft will activate. Thank you very much for the prompt response to my query and I have already recommended your site to others even if they have no need at the moment. Very professional and the price is outstanding!
