I'm asked (how do you want to activate your software? Office 10 A: I want to activate the software over the internet B: I want to activate the software by telephone. I did A: and it came back with (This cannot be activated because the product key is not valid) Please provide me with a copy of the product key and the activation code. After support of many e-mails of going back and forth we finally got the product activate. I would give a 5 stars if would resovled this issue wright away.

I recently listened to a NPR podcast on JetBlue. The founder said that when something goes wrong, it is our opportunity to work with the costumer to instill confidence and trust. Publisher would not install on my computer due to another program. Digital Product Key worked with me and upgraded my product so Publisher will work. After purchasing a key I had a few issues. With Aiden's help in technical support we were able to work through them. I'm very happy with his followup.

They had the product I was looking for listed at a great price so I ordered it but when I tried to download I kept getting an error. I was nervous that I'd been ripped off. But the lady at customer service said she would forward my issue to their IT department and get it resolved asap. Emma from IT got in touch with me that same day and explained that the product I had ordered was no longer available and they had given me an upgrade to the newer item at the same price. That evening I tried to download from the new link and was still having a bit of trouble but then I realized that my computer was still trying to download the original item. Once I got that corrected I was able to download my item and it seems to be working fine. I really appreciated their quick response and the solution they offered. I only took off a star because the first item wasn't available but was listed as if it was. I will definitely come to them again when I'm in need of software.

Minor problems in the download and install but easily resolved. No more problems great tech support.

Emma was very responsive, and apparently very effective, about completing a software installation that had me stymied. Thank you so much, Emma! So far so good. Am giving 4 stars only because I haven't had time to get onto the software yet and assure that all is right (seeing is believing). But "Great" is an excellent rating coming from me. Thank you, Emma, for your prompt and professional service.

I was having problems downloading my purchase of Microsoft Office 2010 (at a great price), and after a few emails back and forth with a customer service representative, she hooked me up with technical support who efficiently helped me solve the issue and got the program up and running.
