If i could give 0 I would, they are a scam company and I never got the product I ordered wich is the windows 10 key. I have proof still and they've deleted my review from here before. I have reference number and my invoice. They have blocked me from their website, however since its been a year i now have access again, the website is totally different now BUT The same package is still there that I bought that doesnt work!! All the reviews you are seeing on here 5 star saying it works great, are all fakes. Truly, dont buy into their scams.

I made my purchased on January 15, 2021 at 4:20PM. Though it still says in less than one minute on the Website. It still took them tell January 27, 2021 at 6:41AM "12 days later" to get me my key. If you're in a hurry to get your copy of windows not this can happen to you also. You may want to shop elsewhere.

I was promised delivery of my purchased Microsoft software within 10 minutes from their online chat. This was fine as It was early in the morning. I needed the software for a business customer & had 2 hours to implement the program. Well I had to go elsewhere as it took the better part of the day to for Digitalproductkey to deliver. At that point I was asking for a refund on the unused software. It has been Over 2 months now and I have no refund. I was promised a refund and also signed a Declaration of Honor form that they emailed. No Refund. At this point I don't know what to do but report them to local state and federal agency's for "Theft" Be aware of this Company

Purchased Microsoft Office 2016 Pro on 09/21/2010. I was NOT able to download software. I have been trying FOR OVER A WEEK to get a refund, without success. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought the Windows 10 Pro for Workstation (Win10 WS) for what I thought was an acceptable discount for a licensed copy. I paid through credit card, so Digital Product Key was paid immediately . First, they issued an improper key. Microsoft keys look like: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX That is five groups of five characters. They issued me a key with only FOUR characters in the last group. I immediately called, and ***got right through***. I insisted the number was incorrect, and they insisted it would work. Since I didn't have my workstation yet, I couldn't prove anything. MY SWAG - they don't issue the full key until the payment clears - this is cheating and not in compliance with Visa rules! They gave me a linking to download Win10 WS. Now, I've been working IT for years, and that link is very familiar. I figured Microsoft had added Win10 WS to the download. Or, I hoped they had. I downloaded the file -- 2.3 hours - I live in a small town and don't have blazing fast Internet. It then took another hour to build and verify the DVD install disk. This is day one. Day two - my workstation was delivered. I hooked up everything and installed from the DVD. Sure enough, the Product Key did not work. I called -- my phone call was immediately sent to voice mail. MY SWAG - they put my phone number on a "Do not answer" list so they don't have to talk to me. I have NEVER had an answer in the past 48 hours. I sent emails and I chatted. The chat "rep" kept telling me I had to attach a screen shot. It is a brand new computer with NO Operating System! How the %^&* do you expect me to get a screen shot? I tried my phone camera, but the picture was too large for their system. I finally took a screen shot of the photograph and continued to argue Ashely [sic] for two total hours that they were cheating me of my product key. I had no choice but to accept that they would email the key the next day. I was angry. The next day, the extra digit arrive around 9am EDT. I entered the key and sure enough, I got the MS message that "the product key entered does nto match any of the Windows images available for installation." No kidding. Called them again, went straight to voice mail. Emailed them again, of course no timely answer. Went to chat . . . argued Daniel for another two hours trying to convince him that the stinking install DOES NOT OFFER WINDOWS 10 PRO FOR WORKSTATION! I cannot believe how many screen shots of photos I had to make and post to finally get him to agree there just *might* be a problem. Finally, he says tech support will send me an email with the correct link to download Win 10 WS. Now, I saved $50 over the Microsoft price of $249. IT WAS NOT WORTH IT!!! I spend damn near 40 hours downloading, making the disk, trying to get it to install, and failing, failing, failing. Also in that lost time is the straight-to-voicemail phone calls, and sitting online trying to get someone to believe me. If they send me a link and it does not work this time, I am disputing the transaction with Visa and writing a fraud report with the FBI. They sold me a bogus product key. I still don't know if the "amended" key works. They sent me a bogus download link. I still don't have the right file. I ordered this software on Aug 11, 2020, at 07:15 MST. It is now Aug 14, 2020, 08:46 MST. I don't have my product from the website that promises "1 minute". Update 14-0900 Aug 2020 -- I actually got through to a human using another phone . . . She said she would send me the link to my download. I asked if she was sure it was the correct one -- because if they sent me another bogus link, I would report them for fraud. She hung up on me! Update 17-1100 Aug 2020 -- I found a link on line that said the Win10 for WS should be free . . . Never did find that info to be true. However, I did find out that if you use the Microsoft link to download, you can say "No product key" and select Windows 10 Pro. Once you do that, and have a complete install, you can enter a W10 for WS product key. According to answers.microsoft.com, the product key unlocks a set of FEATURES that makes the pro turn into a Win10 Pro for WS. I found this information to be true. DigitalProductKeys knew NOTHING about the above fact! It took me a couple of days of digging to find out the information. In other words, Digital Product Keys sold me something they COULD NOT DELIVER! I got a "DigitalProductKey would like more info" email. So I gave it to them. They "should" have a complete email and chat file that verifies everything I have written above.
