I was having a problem with my recently purchased Microsoft Access. The program kept asking for the License activation code each time I logged out then back in. Mia at the customer service dept was able to help me diagnose the problem and got me up an running in no time. I am very pleased not only with the product and price but the terrific customer service. I purchased Windows 10 and did the product install. I entered the product key for activation and received the following error message "We can't reach our activation servers right now. Make sure you're connected to the internet, wait a few minutes, and try again (0X80072efe)". I reached out on your "chat" and was helped by Daniel Parker. After having me try a few things, without success, we did a TeamViewer remote connect and Daniel resolved my issues very quickly. I am now up and running and am a happy customer.
