useless support team
I made an order a long time ago. I tried to access their website, but I have not more the same email, so I contacted them by email explaining the situation and providing them with all the details regarding the order I made. This was on December 2 2022. Since then, no reply. I tried to contact them thru Facebook, but there is a BOT suggesting me to contact the support by email (the same who did not answer previously) Is this the way (not) to reply to a previous client?

Very Disorganised but great training.
I had spent thousands on DIgital Marketer over the years and saw rapid decline in their customer support and a pattern of disorganisation. They wear this disorganisation as a badge of honour and pride. Yes we all screw up but we have to learn from it and fix it. Their training hs been historically great but they can't stick to their promises in terms of rollouts and charter memberships. As a former supporter I sent them 5 emails all of which were ignored. Until they sort their support and delivery out, I highly recommend to look elsewhere for paid training.
