Hi Brandi We’ve reviewed your account and want to clarify a few things. There were no successful charges beyond the $1 trial. When the trial period ended, the attempted subscription payment did not go through, and the account has since been fully cancelled. No further billing will occur. If there was any confusion between unsubscribing from promotional emails and cancelling the trial subscription, we understand how that could be frustrating.
