It wasn't explained initially what I had to to do, but when I did what they made me think I had to do and that didn't work, they got me straightened out. I had to upgrade to Windows HOME computers to PRO so that I could control them remotely. Everything works fine now after support told me what I needed to do.

I recently purchased a reconditioned Dell laptop, and looked for a key to activate Windows 10. I did not notice, at first, that it had Windows 10 Pro on it. The Windows Home key I bought did not work, and after figuring out the problem, the support team furnished me with the correct key. It took less than an hour to get everything resolved.

Registering the product was time consuming. I purchased 2 keys for different computers. Both had the same error message when I tried to register online. I had to call in both times spending over an hour on the line.

Everything went well, my hdd crashed so I had to get a new one, it arrived today, I installed the OS and the key worked as it should....of course the important thing here is that it's a legitimate key that allows for updates for the life of the OS. Great job, I'll be spreading the word.
