I've normally purchased digital items through a competitor, and DealNews.com, which I watch daily, showed a product I was transitioning to due to the MS365 digital storage change. I made the purchase of a MS Office Pro 2024 with two licenses and was surprised they offered a third for $5 more. I purchased the original two and the third. The instructions were easy to follow to install and my two laptops worked as instructed. I had issues with my desktop with older versions causing issues. I contacted them as instructed at the time of purchase, and agent James worked with me with very clear instructions to remedy the problem. It took a couple of days because of email correspondence, but I have all three PC's functioning properly.

Easy to contact helpdesk, and they helped me realize my issue with my license was due to a conflict with too many accounts logged into word. So there wasn’t even a problem with the license.
