DigitalKeysBoxReviews of digitalkeysbox.com

I bought a couple of low-cost options on ETSY - a waste of time & money. Found DigitalKeysBox online, saw they were an actual store in NYC, then I tested their online chat (very responsive). All good so I purchased on their website. Got half way through the install and I raised a question to them via email. They literally walked me through the rest of the process and it works perfectly. I am very pleased.

Great support

I had a problem getting the software activated and they were quick to respond and their resolution worked. Highly satisfied.

if you read my review. You must agreed DigitalKeysBox offer a pretty reasonable prices. After I pay and get the reg. codes. I have problem to active office 2019. I email Digitalkeysbox they response within 12 hrs. and clearly advise the way to activate the software. As soon as I follow the instructions. Problem solved just like a snap. No shame the money.

I am not sure this could have been easier. I was offered a great deal with all the modifications I selected with very reasonable costs for each item. Not sure I will ever purchase a PC any other way in the future.

I had just gone through a complete nightmare with another company regarding the License Activation Key not working and ne one responding to my emails or phone calls. I was very skeptical about giving another company more money and was i going to run into a similar issue. Well not the case with Digital Keys Box - In minutes my Windows 10 was downloaded and someone responded to my thank you email in a matter of minutes, very pleasant experience!

It took a minute and I needed assistance but it's working now.

I did have difficulty installing the key for whatever reason, but the staff responded very quickly and was VERY helpful in helping me resolve my problem. Very straight forward.
