Downloading Office 2019 was smooth sailing. My PC already had Office 2010, and the transition after download was seamless. All of my email accounts appeared in Outlook, and all of my documents in Word and Excel did, as well. I would recommend setting up an account in Windows-if you don’t have one-before the download. Office 2019 is a big improvement. Well worth the price.
